Having a nice set of toned legs and skinny thighs is very attractive and makes you feel good.  The sad reality is that most women have trouble with getting skinny thighs. The problem results from the fact that  your body uses this area to store any excess fat.  Why the thighs in particular? Well, the fat is used as protection for your reproductive organs.  Whilst a little fat maybe useful, too much is more than an inconvenience, instead of allowing you to get skinny thighs it produces ugly saddle bags.

These forms of exercise are excellent for toning your upper leg and producing skinny thighs but don’t over do it. That way you will lose the weight and develop skinny thighs without building the muscle.
